2. Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimsuits) for hygiene reasons

Process:

  2. Authorization: Wait for a return authorization (RA) number from our team.
  3. Packaging: Pack the item securely, including the RA number and original receipt.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item to the provided return address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  • Partial Refunds: Some items may be eligible for partial refunds (e.g., items returned after 30 days from delivery, items with obvious signs of use).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Apolloclo_@outlook.com, Include details about the defect or damage and your order number.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
